Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Bellevue, OH is seeking a Warehouse Worker to safely receive, store, and ship materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient operations on a 12-hour day shift.

This on-site role requires adherence to EHS policies, ability to perform forklift duties, and accurate documentation; no prior warehouse experience required, with benefits included. Compensation includes $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior warehouse experience required; related experience is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety rules without exception.
• Perform internal material transfers while adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.
• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods in accordance with established warehouse procedures and company standards.
• Collect raw material samples for Quality Control Laboratory analysis when required.
• Verify incoming materials and promptly notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any damaged or non-conforming products.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and bulk or packaged road tankers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect trucks, containers, and road tankers prior to loading or unloading to ensure they are in suitable condition to prevent product damage.
• Accurately pick, prepare, package, and stage customer orders for shipment while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
• Complete all warehouse documentation accurately and on time, ensuring all required documents are properly signed, dated, and maintained.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following housekeeping standards and properly disposing of waste materials and used containers.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional departments to support daily warehouse operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with all Quality and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
