Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Receiving Associate in Willingboro, NJ. You will photograph, process, and receive parts in a production environment, documenting items and linking them to RMA/RGA records.

The role supports repairs, returns, and outsourced workflows, with a focus on accuracy, daily productivity, and continuous improvement. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site at 1 Millennium Drive.

Receiving Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm • 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046

The Receiving Associate is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes
• Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents
• Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments
• Make occasional business‑related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service
• Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks
• Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Metrics

• Average of 6 units per hour received
• Complete daily processing of all shipments
• Additional performance measurements may be added as needed

Education & Experience

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay rate for this full‑time position is $20.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Schedule

This is a full‑time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one‑hour lunch break. Attendance and coverage policies must be followed. Time off is granted in accordance with company policy.
