Job summary

SWEP North America, Inc. is seeking a warehouse teammate in Tulsa to operate gas or electric forklifts, moving pallets and loading goods. You will help with loading, stacking and unloading and ensure work follows safety procedures under moderate supervision.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential, as is adherence to quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric forklift to move, stack and load materials.
• Load/unload trucks and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow standard procedures and inform supervisor of issues.

Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc. May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.. A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typical include: Works under moderate supervision.. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
