Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Warehouse Operator in the United States to stage and prepare slabs for shipping, load and unload trucks, and maintain an organized sales distribution center. You will operate forklifts and overhead cranes with safety, verify customer orders, and contribute to inventory accuracy.

• Inspect slabs for material defects and coordinate with colleagues to meet goals.

Job Description:As a Warehouse operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring Cambria’s promise of quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for staging and preparing slabs for shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing inventory and maintaining the sales distribution center in a clean and organized manner.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Operate forklifts & overhead cranes with precision and safetyBuild and verify customer orders, ensuring all slabs are correctly identified and loaded into delivery trucksMaintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, keeping inventory levels accurate and readily accessibleConduct daily safety inspections on equipment and report any potential issuesLoad and unload inbound/outbound trailers with products of varying size and weightInspect slabs for any material defectsCollaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve common goalsOther responsibilities and duties as assigned by managementQualifications & Skills:Prior experience operating overhead cranes, forklift with boom and gator preferredA strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safetyExcellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of the use of handheld scanners and proficiency in basic computer applicationsAbility to work overtime as neededMinimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 12 Months experience or training as a warehouse operatorSystems: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle (preferred)Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs.Push/pull 100 lbs.Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shiftWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by CambriaParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercisesWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditionsWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shiftBend over multiple times throughout shift Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.50 - $24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
