The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. This role ensures exceptional service for both internal and external customers by accurately executing tasks such as unloading, picking, and shipping products with 100% precision.
Ability to prioritize effectively and operate efficiently; use sound judgment to make rational decisions; recognize opportunities and evoke change where applicable; objective orientation; strong follow‑up skills; excellent communication; attention to detail; problem‑solving; and thorough understanding of company confidentiality agreements.
Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without corrective lenses/hearing aids to read paperwork, stand for prolonged periods of time, and frequently move about the facility.
Indoor warehouse environment (not climate controlled).
English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
Basic arithmetic and algebra.
The Warehouse Operator must use sound judgment, problem‑solving skills, and critical thinking to resolve challenges and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting demands, and identify opportunities for process improvements while ensuring safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Indoor warehouse environment (not climate controlled).
Requires a combination of sedentary light‑medium and heavy very heavy physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing as needed.
