Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: RENO, NV - 89506

Duration: 1 Year Temporary Role

Shift Time: 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for transporting finished products from the production lines to the warehouse for storage and/or orders. Key responsibilities include:

• Re-organization of storage and warehouse layout
• Basic SAP knowledge (troubleshooting managed by the Product Distribution Technicians)
• Operation of powered material handling equipment (PMHE) to move, store, load, and unload hazardous finished products
• Physically picking, assembling, and loading customer orders (LTL or small package systems) of multiple products in various container sizes
• Processing inventory controls, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information via computer
• Cleaning and assisting with spill cleanup

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer functions
• Understanding of basic warehousing operations
• Ability to use hand tools
