Responsibilities

• Staging, packing, and picking materials for shipments using proper equipment
• Picking and staging feedstock for fulfillment orders
• Breaking down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
• Packaging materials to meet customer requirements
• Operating sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials
• Completing paperwork and SAP work orders for shipping/receiving
• Ensuring maximum productivity in finished goods creation
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may change over time

Requirements

• Successfully pass a skills assessment in reading, math, inspection, measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Preferably 1+ year of similar job experience
• Regular attendance
• Basic math and computer skills
• Physical ability to meet vision, hearing, and mobility requirements
• Enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding
