Warehouse Operator

SHIFT: 2nd shift 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday

PAY: $21.50 per hour

Role Focus: Warehouse Operator

Join our Land O'Lakes manufacturing team as a Warehouse Operator, where you'll perform warehouse processes that add value and ensure the quality of inputs and final products. This role supports our Purina Animal Nutrition business, serving producers and animal owners across the U.S., by innovating nutritional products that promote healthier, more productive animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety processes and promote safety practices
• Arrive on time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
• Follow quality standards and standard operating procedures during production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Collaborate with Leads and Management to accomplish daily tasks

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Willingness to learn, problem-solve, and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, respectful attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Over 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Perform duties while wearing PPE
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and hot environments, possibly with dust and chemicals
