Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Mason, OH is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include unpacking tools, preparing crates, building pallets, using ERP for orders and stock, and completing shipping documents. Forklift and safety practices are required, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred, with ability to obtain certifications.
• Experience using an ERP system to support warehouse activities.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Unpack incoming tools, clean and prepare them for technical evaluation.
• Build and repair crates and pallets for outbound shipment.
• Use the ERP system to enter data, manage orders, check stock, and support daily warehouse activities.
• Complete and verify paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Support inventory accuracy by locating, counting, and reconciling materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: What You Will Bring?

Education

High school diploma or GED

Warehouse Experience

• At least two years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred, with the ability to obtain required certifications

Skills and Abilities

• Reliable follow-through and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Ability to design and build crates for overseas shipments, including fragile items and products with complex shapes
• Ability to safely use basic power and hand tools, banding and packaging equipment, and other warehouse tools
• Experience using an ERP system to support warehouse activities
• Strong attention to detail with an organized and accurate approach to work
• Clear verbal communication skills

Skills That Are a Plus

• Experience with international shipping, logistics, and U.S. Customs requirements
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and ERP data entry
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong written communication skills
