Job summary

Rite Stuff Foods Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts in a fast-paced plant. You will move goods, stage raw materials, and prepare pallets for freezer storage, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with others to coordinate workflows. Training is provided for forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
• Good attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move goods and materials throughout the plant.

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely.

• Substitute for other operators when needed.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to coordinate workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move goods and materials throughout the plant.
• Stage and supply production lines with raw goods.
• Prepare, report and transport finished pallets for storage in the freezer.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Warehouse inventory staging, counting and organization.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and advise the appropriate leader/associate should there be any issues or concerns.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Substitute for other operators when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks.
• Follow company policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned/needed.

Qualifications:
