Job summary

Rite Stuff Foods Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts in a fast-paced plant environment, moving goods and materials safely and efficiently.

You will stage raw materials for production, prep pallets for storage in freezers, and assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. The role requires a valid forklift certification, the ability to work with multiple priorities, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided by RSF).
• Demonstrate a good attendance record and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (minimum of 50 lbs.) as required.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move goods and materials throughout the plant.
• Stage and supply production lines with raw goods.
• Prepare, report and transport finished pallets for storage in the freezer.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Warehouse inventory staging, counting and organization.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and advise the appropriate leader/associate should there be any issues or concerns.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Substitute for other operators when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks.
• Follow company policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned/needed.
