Job Description:

The Physical Distribution Employee is responsible for receiving, journal entry, packaging, control, identification, storage, moving, collecting, and loading/unloading all goods in the Spare Parts Department. He performs these tasks independently or as part of a team. His actions ensure that goods are undamaged, complete, and arrive on site in a timely manner.

Key Result Areas

The Physical Distribution Employee mainly executes tasks following the defined processes for inbound, picking, outbound, and reverse logistics. He visually inspects goods for damage and correct quantities. When deviations are found, he arranges for disapproval. He independently proposes viable solutions for problems or defects related to packaging, after consulting with his supervisor.

The employee utilizes his knowledge of packaging, computer systems, and internal transport tools, both manual and motorized. He works independently or as part of a team, demonstrating precision, good communication, critical thinking, and a result-oriented attitude. He is aware of his responsibilities towards his team.

He operates in a dynamic environment where goods must be handled quickly, accurately, and safely to ensure undamaged, complete, and timely delivery to customers. He adheres to safety, health, and environmental regulations as a standard practice.
