• Pack and check material for shipment.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet wearing a full body harness and follow safety policies.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English clearly.

The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works either the 2nd or 3rd shift (see details below) and includes starting pay of $24.21/hour plus shift differentials:

• 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 3:00pm - 11:00pm; five 8-hour shifts)
• 3rd Shift (Monday Night – Friday Morning; 9:00pm - 7:00am; four 10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, order filling and shipping
• Operating power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders
• Operating power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock
• Packing and checking material for shipment
• Performing work at elevated heights (up to approximately 25 feet) on equipment and platforms while wearing a full body harness
• Performing all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)

OR

• 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role

• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability
• Ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
• Prior experience in a warehouse operations role
• Prior experience operating a forklift
• Prior experience working at elevated heights

The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.21/hour, with the potential to reach $27.05 /hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
