Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Specialist to support our 3rd shift at our facility. You will lead operations, act as SME on equipment and processes, and drive improvements while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance with LOTO and PPE.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and at least 1 year in a lead role. Starting pay is $28.16/hour with a $3.00 shift differential, with increases to $28.85 after 6 months and $29.55 after 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Role and Impact

Production Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works the 3rd Shift (Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 11:30pm - 7:30am) with starting pay of $28.16/hour plus a $3.00 Shift Differential.

• Pay Increase after 6 months to $28.85/hour
• Pay Increase after 12 months to $29.55/hour
