Warehouse Operator

Chandler, Arizona

Scope of the Job

Assist in material flows supporting re-manufacturing and distribution in the STC. Work as part of the warehouse team to maintain inventory control, handle product receiving and shipping, and promote safe systems of work, aiming for high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of incoming deliveries.
• Label and organize products.
• Identify and locate products during delivery.
• Ship, receive, unload, pack, and handle materials, maintaining inventory records.
• Support timely processing of logistics activities to maximize service and minimize costs.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain shelf-life adherence.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records, including spare parts and finished goods.
• Issue and distribute spare parts for repairs and orders.
• Distribute materials to production areas.
• Receive and unload freight, including hazardous materials, using equipment like forklifts.
• Support inventory optimization and vendor performance.
• Assist with equipment setup, leasing, renting, and maintenance.
• Maintain forklift certification and train operators.
• Support operational projects, improvements, and KPIs.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, perform light maintenance.
• Adhere to safety standards, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Coordinate training needs for team members.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Proactive in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
