Gem State Staffing is hiring Warehouse Operators to join a hardworking, team-oriented warehouse and distribution operation in Idaho. This role involves loading trucks, staging and moving products, receiving inventory, and delivering locally while maintaining equipment and following safety procedures.

You will work with a dynamic team to meet customer needs and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general warehouse duties, including truck loading, product staging, inventory, receiving, and housekeeping.
• Load trucks according to mapped load sheets provided by the Distribution Department.
• Understand and follow invoice and Bill of Lading procedures.
• Move pallets between inventory locations.
• Release packs from pallets.
• Navigate to assigned local locations to pick up and deliver products for company needs.
• Maintain warehouse equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow established warehouse workflow procedures and assigned tasks.
• Follow procedures outlined in the Employee Action Plan.
• Inspect trailers before loading and follow required safety procedures.
• Properly chock wheels and follow all applicable loading and unloading safety practices.
• De-ice floors and address warehouse safety concerns as required.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, including unusual freezer or dock temperatures, fans, water leaks, and other facility issues.
• Maintain awareness of safety concerns throughout the facility and notify a supervisor when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, employees, customers, and other individuals through written, verbal, and face‑to‑face communication.
• Work collaboratively as part of a warehouse team.
• Assist other team members with completing warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to daily responsibilities.
• Work flexible schedules and varying hours as required.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
