Job summary

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd in Willenhall is seeking a Warehouse Operative to replenish, ferry and store goods, assemble and load customer orders in a busy depot.

The role requires numerate and literate candidates, with desirable licenses such as driving and FLT; full training is provided. The position offers an excellent benefits package and opportunities for progression.

Job Purpose

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient replenishment, ferrying and bulk storage control within the Willenhall depot. You will undertake normal Warehouse Operative activities such as the assembly and/or loading of customers' orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard-working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Accurate assembly of customer orders
• Loading goods on to cages and/or packing goods into crates in a safe, stable and manageable manner
• Accurate marking and storage of assembled orders awaiting dispatch
• Driving of machinery in a warehouse controlled environment
