Job summary

CDE Group in Cleburne, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Operative who will manage stock, handle goods inwards, and ensure efficient, safe warehouse operations. You will maintain 5S standards, support despatch activities, and liaise with couriers to ship parts to customers.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, solid organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. US work authorization is required.

About The Role

Job Purpose

To ensure all material and parts are controlled and managed in an organised and efficient manner within the warehouse area.

NB. this job description is not exhaustive as other duties may be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to company safety policies and procedures, at all times
• Good inwards – goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality
• Stock management – ensure stock is put away in applicable section of stores
• Despatch – accurately ‘pick’ goods for fabrication, site, assembly or spares
• Maintain target 5s standards for work area and identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
• Stock counting – assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on request.
• Shipping – liaise with couriers to have parts orders shipped to customers.
