Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and WMS systems.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers about appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS from the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
