Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Operations Technician in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin on a 2nd shift (Wed–Sat, 3:30 pm–3:30 am; Wed every other week). The role handles medical supplies with stand-up forklifts, in clean and safe facilities, supporting nationwide distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI achievement for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate workload distribution with Operations Supervisor and manage WMS at floor level.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
