Responsibilities:
  • Track employee hours and provide feedback.
  • Lead a team for one or more warehouse accounts.
  • Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor on schedules, labor, and cycle counts.
  • Unload inbound freight safely and efficiently.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment accurately.
  • Perform picking duties efficiently, meeting standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years related experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Synapse training preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret instructions, and write simple reports.
  • Capable of applying common sense to carry out instructions.
