Job Responsibilities
- Track employee hours and provide feedback.
- Lead a team of employees within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor on schedules, rework projects, and cycle counts.
- Unload, move, and store inbound freight safely and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform picking duties efficiently to meet standards.
- Load products into trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in supervising and training staff.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and orderliness.
- Participate in rework and repacking as needed.
- Maintain warehouse security and safety.
- Assist with inventories and stock rotation.
- Perform cycle counts and double-check procedures per ISO standards.
- Report unsafe conditions and food safety issues if applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with warehouse equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Synapse training preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret instructions, and write simple reports.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions in various formats.
