Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
• Willingness to work first or second shift, including nights/weekends when required.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize work and solve operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide department operations using standardized processes.
• Lead, train, coach, develop, recognize, and evaluate union team members and direct reports.
• Monitor inventory, warehouse performance reports, costs, and KPIs.
• Cultivate a safety culture by enforcing company safety rules and regulations.
• Implement lean principles and identify improvement opportunities.
• Achieve quality standards by communicating goals and solving operational problems.
• Maintain relationships with employees, union partners, and management.
• Administer company policies consistently and model GM behavior.
• Complete administrative tasks, including timekeeping and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
