Job summary

You will guide supervisors and staff, implement standardized work, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize shipping, receiving, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3+ years supervising employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• 2+ years experience managing a team.
• Analytical and technical computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
• Proficiency in storage/retrieval/inventory/warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize departmental workflows within an automotive parts warehouse to support the timely shipment of customer orders.
• Proficiently handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic, and solution-oriented work environment.
• Lead, train, and evaluate a team of supervisors and support staff to support a high-performance work culture.
• Enforce adoption and consistent use of standardized work, processes, tools & systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, requirements and safety regulations.
