DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution for 1st Shift in the United States to lead a frontline team and drive safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver regular performance reports to management. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 1+ years in supervision and logistics recommended.
