Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to operate stand-up forklifts.
• Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed.
• Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps.
• Submit route paperwork to invoicing team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
