Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team, coordinate shipments, and optimize storage and inventory. The role collaborates with Operations leadership to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

You will supervise staff, plan production schedules, track performance, and report to plant personnel while ensuring efficient warehouse operations and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks while recording times and production data.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
