Job summary

Paxon is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Indianapolis Fulfillment Center in Brownsburg, IN. The role leads KCIs, oversees audits, and drives quality initiatives while coaching a team of associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The candidate will manage shift planning, workforce, and training, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company directives. Local travel is not required; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; HS Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of Paxon’s direct reports.
• Manage temporary workforce and shift activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations.
• Lead special projects and monitor production metrics.
• Recruiting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
