Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Florence, Kentucky facility. This on-site role plans warehouse layouts, oversees storage operations, and ensures efficient workflows.

You will lead teams, enforce safety, coordinate with maintenance, and help optimize processes while maintaining quality and compliance. A high school diploma and several years of relevant experience with supervisory duties required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
