Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Florence, KY is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations on-site, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role drives staffing, scheduling, and performance within a fast-paced distribution center.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 5+ years in warehouse work, and at least 3+ years in supervisory roles. Strong MS Office skills and inventory control knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of warehouse experience.
3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

Recruits hourly warehouse staff.
Plans, directs, schedules and assigns work for warehouse team.
Coaches and motivates staff to achieve high performance.
Coordinates cross-department activities for efficiency.
Monitors cost control to strengthen gross profit.
Ensures equipment reliability with third-party vendors.
Performs additional duties as needed.
