Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations supporting storage, inventory, handling, and distribution of Government-owned products in a climate-controlled facility.

You will coordinate daily operations, personnel, workload, and issue resolution as the primary contractor contact for Government personnel, while complying with SOPs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, inventory management, and distribution.
• Experience with DLA WMS systems.
• Ability to supervise employees and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with Government customers and contractor personnel.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required by mission needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and contractor activities.
• Plan and assign personnel to meet daily workload.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and mission performance.
• Interface with Government representatives.
• Attend meetings and workload planning sessions.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adequate staffing across shifts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Ensure SOPs, procedures, safety, and security requirements are followed.
• Coordinate training, WMS roles, and system access.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality evaluations.
• Prepare reports and production metrics.
• Respond to Government inquiries in required timeframes.
• Support emergency and contingency operations.
