Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Reno seeks a Warehouse Production Supervisor to oversee donated goods production, supervise staff and beneficiaries, and ensure safe, orderly dock operations. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in warehousing, a valid Nevada Class C Driver License, OSHA forklift certification, and ability to work with basic computer software.

Physically capable of lifting 50–70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of supervisory experience in warehousing or production.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehension of English.
• Able to operate basic computer software and office equipment.
• Experience in a rehabilitation environment is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid Nevada driver license.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of warehouse production employees and beneficiaries; evaluate progress.
• Oversee production of donated goods, ticket routing, pickups/deliveries, pricing, and dock disbursement of items.
• Guide the vehicle preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain a clean, safe dock and warehouse environment.
• Ensure security of the warehouse with proper opening/closing protocols.
• Act as a driver on an as-needed basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
