GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) in Manassas, VA. You will lead daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to quality policies and GXO standards.

The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and a dynamic schedule. A logistics-related degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations or supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed atGXO:
