Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm) to lead daily warehouse operations and drive performance.

You will supervise the team, provide training, monitor quality, and ensure safety and alignment with the GXO 7S program while coordinating with other departments to meet service levels.

This role requires at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
