Warehouse Operations Supervisor - 1st Shift

In this role, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers, contributing to the success of your team and ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse and distribution centers. Your responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop team performance through training, coaching, and motivation
• Drive a culture of inclusion and safety
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet KPIs
• Ensure safe operations and accurate shipments
• Maintain inventory security and integrity
• Implement continuous improvement plans
• Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• At least 1 year operating powered industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
