Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure daily operations, oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will lead and mentor staff, enforce procedures, and align with Medline Core Values.

This role requires 3+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), and a track record of improving safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience with basic skills.
• Experience leading day-to-day warehouse operations and driving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operation including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time; maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead daily activities, assign tasks, monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
