Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking an on-site Distribution Center/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee commissary operations and staff across KCN locations. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure efficient inventory control, scheduling, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

The role emphasizes supervisory duties, safety compliance, and weekly time-sheet processing to support payroll. Prior warehouse management and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience over staff including managers, stockers and drivers.
• Experience managing on-site inventory control and order processing.
• Strong scheduling and attendance record-keeping skills.

About This Position

Manage all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Help manage, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned.
• Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders.
• Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations and procedures of the warehouse.
• Perform and report weekly audit of high security items.
• Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift Certification.
• Warehouse managerial or management experience.
• Requires supervisory skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).
