Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Packer to join our Operations team in handling high-volume inbound and outbound product. You will follow pick tickets, use the headset, and ensure accurate, safe handling of loads from receiving to shelving behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include palletizing, loading trucks, and completing paperwork while maintaining strict food-safety standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math comprehension required.
• Safety-minded with attention to safe handling.
• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime.
• Able to work independently with a detailed task list.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick daily customer orders according to pick ticket and headset.
• Ensure orders are picked with minimal errors.
• Stack and palletize orders to protect product quality.
• Stage pallets for loading and shipping.
• Load trucks according to delivery schedule.
• Complete required paperwork for items picked.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and equipment.
• Report any food safety or quality concerns to management.
