Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Massachusetts. You will support receiving, shipping, and inventory management, focusing on accuracy, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires basic reading of safety rules, forklift familiarity, adherence to 5S practices, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to maintain inventory integrity. The wage is $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in delivery or logistics.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety policies and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maximize efficiency by maintaining warehouse operations.
• Accurately receive and pull products to meet operational needs.
• Complete paperwork and submit to the appropriate department promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow 5S practices.
• Operate safely with PPE and report safety issues.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to support inventory accuracy.
