Job summary

MAC.DISCOUNT LLC is seeking a Facility Floater in Warren, OH for full-time, hourly, non-exempt employment. The role supports all operations within the department, reporting to the Facility Team Lead.

The position involves manual labor tasks such as pallet handling, warehouse cleaning, waste disposal, cardboard bale creation, and dock unloading to ensure smooth workflows. On-site presence and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using a mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
• Other tasks as assigned by management
