Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience.

• Basic computer knowledge; safety certification for equipment operation preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging, and shipping customer orders, returns, and inventory management.
• Verifying received merchandise against shipment records and inspecting for discrepancies or defects.
• Stocking shelves, assembling orders, and entering data into the computer system.
• Inspecting returned items and conducting daily inventory counts, researching discrepancies.
• Assisting with inventory procedures and operating motorized equipment like forklifts or reach trucks.
• Supporting controlled substance handling in specialized environments and training new associates as needed.
