Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Specialist to support receiving, replenishing, picking, packing and shipping within our distribution center in Georgia. You will verify paperwork and manage materials in our warehouse system, performing quality control checks and helping maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a warehouse setting, experience with hand-held scanners, and OSHA forklift certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a warehouse distribution setting.
• Experience using hand-held scan devices in a warehouse or storeroom setting.
• OSHA or comparable certification with fork lift or lift truck experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, replenishing, picking, packing and shipping within distribution center processes.
• Accurate verification and completion of paperwork and warehouse system steps.
• Perform inventory maintenance through quality control and policy adherence.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform delivery driver duties as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean distribution environment.
