EquipmentShare is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate in Richmond, VA. You will handle shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory transfers, while activating telematics devices and resolving shipment issues. The role emphasizes attention to detail and customer service in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and on-call weekends in special cases. Entry-level friendly, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry level position targeting individuals joining a fast-growing organization.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
• Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and management systems.
• Complete order requests for pick-ups.
• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Forklift certification required or achievable within first week of employment.
• Significant time standing and moving in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Report to a team lead and handle general inventory tasks: shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, physical inventory, and transfers.
• Activate and test telematics devices; troubleshoot issues preventing shipment to customers.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong customer service; work well with others.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; manage time effectively.
