Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to perform loading, unloading, order picking, and related tasks in a fast-paced setting. You may operate a forklift and assist with fabrication and delivery support as needed.

The role requires occasional driving of company or personal vehicles and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be reviewed for employment consideration. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential in this environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse roles.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, stock, and stage goods in a warehouse setting.
• Operate forklift or related machinery to move materials.
• Verify items against orders and handle discrepancies.
• Prepare shipments and manage routine records.
• Drive company or personal vehicle occasionally for stock pickup or delivery (Non-DOT).
• Adhere to safety policies and report issues promptly.
