Job summary

The Food Depot in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Warehouse Coordinator 2 (Non-Exempt) to pull orders, stage distributions, receive inventory, and manage warehouse flow in accordance with program guidelines.

You will use the Ceres system, barcodes, and pallet tags, operate forklifts, and back up for volunteers and inventory coordinators. Must have a GED/high school diploma, be computer literate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend packing slips and orders.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, inventory databases.
• Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves.
• Receive picklists and pull orders; use barcoding, pallet tags, and Ceres for inventory.
• Maintain warehouse space using FIFO, locations, and barcoding.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; ensure safety and proper handling.
• Complete weekly offerings lists and monthly donor receipts; back up volunteers and other roles.
