Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Warehouse Ops Specialist in Richmond, VA. The role involves packaging boxes to prepare orders for shipment, and operating forklifts to move materials within a busy warehouse.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM with mandatory OT on Saturdays and Sundays, and a pay rate of $19/hour. You will work with a team to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift operating experience is required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
