Caleres in Lebanon, TN is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will process inventory, pack cartons, apply correct labels, and perform quality checks.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 0-2 years in distribution, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and familiarity with RF devices. Training provided; extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a distribution environment.
• Experience using RF devices preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Comfortable working at heights (mezzanines) if needed.
• Willing to work extended hours or days.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed Labor standards and KPIs.
• Process inventory transactions by case or unit.
• Pack cartons neatly and apply correct shipping labels.
• Perform quality assurance activities.
• Operate equipment as required (e.g., carton erector).
• Maintain equipment and supply stocks.
• Communicate operational issues to supervisors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
