Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Logistics Center in Groveport, OH. You will perform shipping, receiving, and inventory control, rotate among functions, and operate material handling equipment to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, safe equipment operation, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating or the ability to learn material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse systems, spreadsheets, databases, and related applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control processes.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow established safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to remain productive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Friendly, professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions when needed, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance standards across multiple functions, including productivity, quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Rotate between shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions as business needs require.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Replenish workstations and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company expectations.
