Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions seeks a full-time Production Clerk at Grapevine, TX to execute warehouse tasks across receiving, stocking, shipping, and special projects, supporting daily operations and ensuring process accuracy.

This role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, using RF devices and voice-picking, and collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines. Benefits include health/life/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) plan; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, walking, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in receiving, stocking, shipping, and special tasks across warehouse operations.
• Unloading freight, checking in freight with RF devices, and reconciling packing slips to receipts.
• Stocking duties including proper shelving or transfer area placement of inbound products using RF devices.
• Build outbound shipments on pallets and operate material handling equipment as necessary.
• Participate in training on VAI warehouse operations, returns, order and transfer management, inventory control, and maintenance tasks.
