Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in receiving, stocking, shipping, and special tasks across warehouse operations.

Job description

Concordance Healthcare Solutions seeks a full‑time Production Clerk at our Grapevine, TX location. The primary role involves performing all warehouse tasks across receiving, stocking, shipping, and special assignments, supporting the entire warehouse operation and maintaining a thorough understanding of processes, goals, and objectives.

Essential Functions

• All duties in various departments: receiving, stocking, shipping, and special tasks.
• Receiving duties include unloading freight, checking in freight with RF devices, and reconciling packing slips to receipts.
• Stocking duties include providing proper shelving or transfer area placement of inbound products using RF devices.
• Shipping duties include using voice pick features, picking accurately, building outbound shipments on pallets, and operating material handling equipment as necessary.
• Special tasks training covering VAI warehouse operations, returns, order and transfer management, inventory control, capital equipment preparation and delivery, and building and grounds maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred prior warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Ability to perform all physical motions typical of a general warehouse employee, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to manage stress in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness or ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent time‑management and basic math skills.
• Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong attendance record.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
